About Your Job::
You must plan and deploy end user Infrastructure, such as Desktops, PCs, Printers, Scanners, phones, etc. for Almaha Airways. Provide onsite Customer Support across Al Maha Airways and locations world-wide, ensuring quality service is provided on a 24 x 7 basis 365 days a year. Setup IT operations standards and procedures to be based on best industry practice and aligned to the requirements of customers. You should assist Manager Business Systems in Support and Service Delivery at Al Maha Airways office world-wide and to prepare Technology Service cost budget. You will be responsible for Change, Configuration, and Incident/Problem Management. You must liaise with QR IT Managers to provide operational and technical support efficiently, ensuring the Service Level Agreements are adhered to at all times. You must review operational performance of all applications and systems with other managers to provide recommendations to improve efficiency and provide suggestions for improvement of service. You will co-ordinate the development and implementation of Disaster Contingency, including Backup and Recovery. You must constantly review processes to ensure availability of critical systems to internal and external customers at all times. You will be responsible for the professional and efficient System Administration of Network & Security restricting access to the production environments in compliance with the ID and Access Management policies.
You must develop an effective Customer Support Strategy that meets the overall and individual needs of diversified Business units. You must manage and regularly monitor the IT Customer Support in conjunction with Senior Manager, you must develop and establish control procedures for physical and logical access to the computer systems ensuring the security and integrity of highly confidential, valuable and sensitive computer-based customer data, including computer programs are maintained at all times. You must manage vendor negotiations along with Procurement, ensuring proper support contracts and monitoring vendor performance against agreed SLAs. You must define and continually update the IT Support Strategy as technologies evolve and Al Maha Airways business grows. You will ensure adequate support arrangements are in place for all IT Infrastructures. Ensure ITIL Service Management processes and tools are effectively used, in order to monitor, review and consistently improve the service provided. You should assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Al Maha Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Al Maha Airways Special Assistance Program. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. Prepare the budget for IT Customer Support both for Jeddah and Al Maha outstations and manage costs within the budget.
ABout You:
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent. ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
You must have minimum 7 years of job-related Infrastructure Management experience, ideally within a global IT infrastructure support, Service Delivery role. You must also have experience with global networks, LANs, Voice, messaging and desktops.
