Head, Priority & international Banking, EA
Maximize profitability & share of Priority segment, responsible for delivering the differentiated Priority customer value proposition, from branding, products and services offerings, to RM performance and client engagement. Overall accountable for the P&L of Priority & International Banking 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

Key responsibilities include: 

* Responsible for the growth and profitability of Priority segment 
* Analyze & manage customer segment profitability 
* Understanding customer analytics, insights and market potential 
* Work closely with Value Streams to develop product bundles, pricing, & promotions in order to improve cross product holding ratio and portfolio growth, including upsell Priority customers selected Private Banking products. 
* Operationalise predictive models for cross selling and up selling, within & across product value streams; deepening client relationships with right products at the right time 
* Implement standards for contact & relationship management ("engagement") for Priority segment, ensuring an integrated client management strategy across segments from priority to private banking 
* Define service levels and standards for Priority segment and capacity models; including client coverage model (e.g. RM to client ratios) 
* Ensure all customer research & feedback, including NPS (or Market Probe's) results are fully leveraged and implemented in order to sustain/improve customer loyalty 
* Responsible for building the talent pipeline across the segment. 
* RMs productivity and performance, both portfolio and new sales 
* Implementation of RMs competency profiles, training & development curriculum including certification, empowerment rules, rewards & recognition (global and local) programmes, and career paths 
* Identify strategic alliances and partnerships to grow key segments e.g. Entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, senior executives etc 

Qualifications & Skills 

* Relevant depth of experience in the industry 
* Academic studies of degree in business administration, economics, preferably MBA, CFP. 
* Several years of successful business practice in client relationship management 
* Knowledge and understanding of products and services in strategic Asset Allocation, Asset and Liability management, risk management and complex international financial needs 
* Good understanding of relevant products and services in Premium and Private banking 
* Sound understanding of all business guidelines and compliance requirements and issues 
* Strong people management skills 
* In-depth understanding of key business drivers in dedicated geographical market(s) with sound understanding of legal, political and economic situation/ framework 
* Deep understanding of cultural, ethnic and religious market conditions 
* Proven personal network into relevant client segments 
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
* Endurance, personal perseverance, strong self motivation, entrepreneurial, team player
