Position: Governmental and sector reports Expert
Terms of Reference
- Contributing to the fulfillment of the mission of the unit
- Receive and analyze quarterly and annual reports from MoH affiliated Agencies such units, autonomous agencies.
- Triangulate, and collate the data and prepare the draft compiled report;
- Provide feedback to each organisation, units and agencies;
- Prepare GoR reports: National Dialogue, Leadership Retreat, Parliament, 7-year GoR reports, and all other reports; and thereafter reporting on progress and achievement on Cabinet Decisions
- MoH Retreat, Joint Health Sector review and GSMM Reports
- Produce progress/achievements reports related to Rwanda commitments in international cooperation in the field of health.
- Follow up of EAC activities in the field of Health
- Participate in the activities of State Reporting Task Force (elaboration reports achievements of Rwanda in the field of health related to Human Rights conventions and protocols)
- Ensuring timely executions of the recommendations contained in the reports
- Keep his unit and other MoH staff updated with the latest developments-in his domain
- Proactively identify the problems in the field and seek solutions
- Be exemplary in promoting a positive image of the Ministry of Health
- Be proactive, innovative, and expedient in all his/her dealings
Required Qualification on the Position
Master Degree or Equivalent in Communication, Management, Public Health, A0 in Communication, Management, Public Health or other relevant field with 2 year working experience.
