Enterprise Content Management Technical Sales Specialist
The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Client Solution Professional will work with all-industries customers in Central East and West Africa (CEWA)to understand their needs and facilitate the evaluation process to lead to the adoption of our products and solutions. As a member of the sales team, you will be engaged in customer facing activities and leading the technical aspects of the sale. 
Main Responsibilities include:
Work with customers to understand the customer's business needs and technical challenges.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to communicate proposed solutions to the customer enterprise architects, executives, line-of-business and Information Technology personnel.
Actively seek and identify new sales opportunities in customer accounts.
Prepare Technical Win Plans, participate in Solution Assurance Reviews, and Readiness Plans in support of the overall solution.
Deliver Proof of Technology seminars and perform onsite customer Proof of Concepts if required.
Build and maintain technical skills for the ECM products and associated technologies.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of the key Enterprise Content Management competitors, their strengths and weaknesses, and ability to differentiate ECM products.
Relevant experience/interest in design and implementation.
Able to travel within Central East and West Africa (CEWA) and occasionally to other territories in Middle East and Africa (MEA).
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including presentation and demonstration skills.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and with account teams.
Passion for delivering results to customers. 

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Technical experience
  • At least 5 years experience in Presentation skills and Ability to multi task
  • English: Fluent

Preferred
  • Social Sciences
  • At least 8 years experience in Technical experience
  • At least 8 years experience in Presentation skills and Ability to multi task

Additional information 
Other Qualifications:
Experience in working as a Software Technical Sales Specialist or Technical Consultant.
Ability to work with customers on a both, sales and technical level.
Strong technical understanding of Enterprise Content Management software.
Strong foundation in technology or industry-related knowledge.
Ability to articulate the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution in relation to the customer's situation.
Proven record of ability to learn new products and technologies quickly.
