QA Inspector/Supervisor

We are currently recruiting a number of quailty professionals and inspectors across the project. In these roles you will be responsible for internal inspections independent of the work being performed.
Essential aspects and attributes to the roles will include;
- Technical and logistic support to the project
- Supervision and monitoring of construction/engineering activities.
- Ability to interpret work process documentation; including work method statements, inspections and test plans, and quality check lists.
- Performing quality verification inspections as detailed in the inspection and test plans.
- Rejecting defective workmanship and materials and reporting through appropriate channels.
- Monitoring the compliance of work processes to prescribed procedures and stipulated standards.
- Ensuring and verifying that corrective and preventive action is taken and is effective.
Key requirements to the roles will include;
- Relevant qualifications in quality, construction or engineering.
- A proven track record of supervision and verification in a large scale construction environment.
- Previous experience working on civil construction projects in roads, bridges or tunnelling.
You will be employed on a full time, Project Hire basis and BIBO or FIFO from Brisbane on a 14/ 7 roster. Pick ups from the Gold and Sunshine Coasts or Toowoomba are available. FIFO from other locations on the East Coast, NSW and VIC will be considered for the right candiate.
