Regional Manager - Western Australia
We are currently seeking an experienced and performance driven Regional Manager to join our Energy business based in Perth WA. This is a senior management position covering our energy operations throughout the western region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering excellent client relationships and identifying growth opportunities, tendering for works, as well as achieving key business targets including safety, operational and financial performance.
Reporting to the General Manager Energy, you will work collaboratively with other Regional Managers, leadership teams and employees in a manner consistent with our core values and group obligations to achieve positive business outcomes. Your key areas of responsibility include the following, to:
• Effectively lead a collaborative, integrated and diverse workforce engaged on operational delivery and to articulate our values and vision, HSEQ cultural framework, strategies and plans to grow our business.
• Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders to enhance positive outcomes for our clients, partners and employees.
• Be accountable for delivery of current business targets and maximise opportunities to develop new business.
• Hold people accountable to ensure a consistent and rigorous approach to the effective management of business risk.
• Focus on developing our people to reach their full potential in a safe, productive and values driven environment.
To be successful in this role, we envisage you will have at least 10 years relevant experience gained in Energy distribution, transmission or technology development, together with a demonstrated track record in operational management and delivering solid organisational performance in a contracting environment. Your ability to utilise a range of business skills, tools and management styles to work collaboratively will equip you well to achieve a high level of performance. This role will lead and shape our regional business in Western Australia to deliver excellence.
