Roles and Responsibilities
• Designing and managing the project –wide M&E system that meets the peoples information and reporting needs –including developing the protocol , standards , guidelines , data-collection tools , and reporting formats .
• Coordinate data quality assessments , data gathering and aggregation .
• Coordinating M&E TA to grantees and key partners –including for development or adaptation of M&E tools ,training materials and for the training of trainers in M&E-and providing ongoing technical support as required by partners and grantees .
