Job Title : Receptionist


Requirements : Holder of at least form Six Certificate with 3 years experience and Basic Secretarial Qualification. Receptionist

Job Description :

  • Maintain and manage Resource Centre
  • To ensure arrangement of data is systematically arranged, accessible, correctly kept and interlinked.
  • Keeping of Register Books and lists of documentation material, and the provision of clear links with object - related documentation
  • Regular print - outs of digital documentation.
  • Advise on the selection of material, providing information and Material for study, research and other purposes, and the keeping-track of this activity.
  • Adoption of the necessary maintenance measures, proposal of restoration procedures for documentation material, maintenance of optimal storage conditions and" approval of restricted use of some types of some material.
  • To coordinate the publishing of various publications from the Board
  • To catalogue, classify and index stock
  • To deal with enquiries To help Library users to find information and publications
  • To keep up to date with new publications and selecting stock
  • To do any other duties as may be directed
