Senior Transport Economist

Job Title : Senior Transport Economist


Requirements : A Master's in Transport Economics, Economics, Transport Management and Logistics, Transport Policy Formulation and Management or a related discipline. 8 years experience in the related field with 3 years at senior level.


Job Description :

  • 1. Coordinate and facilitate harmonisation of transport policies and strategies in the region.
  • 2. Coordinate and evaluate consultancy studies in the sub-Sector.
  • 3. Prepare terms of reference for surveys and studies on transport Sector within agreed areas of co-operation.
  • 4. Follow-up implementation of recommendations for studies in liaison with sector ministries.
