This company has recently commissioned a 40Mtpa hardrock, open pit phosphate mine and intends bringing it initially up to full production under the existing contractor and eventually into a company operated business .
The appointee will work alongside the national Beneficiation Manager in an advisory capacity to develop the workforce, implement international HSE standards, and maximise production and performance of the beneficiation plant operations.
The processed phosphate is railed to a new state-of-the-art fertilizer complex and processed into DAP.
