Country: Madagascar Region: All Regions Vacancy Description: Specific Accountabilities • Ensure Supervisors and their operations personnel receive the correct coaching and mentoring to safely and efficiently operate the plant. • Ensure that safety and environmental procedures and standards are followed by all plant personnel. • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures, Isolation Lists are updated as and when required using the approved processes. • Ensure all tasks performed within the PAL area are done so in conjunction with an Standard Operating Procedure • Ensure the Permit To Work system is adhered to at all times. • Assist in the coordination of Supervisors coaching, training and development of operations staff. • Conduct and ensure annual assessments are carried out of all operations personnel in a timely...
