Requirements : � Graduate or post-graduate level degree (Degree, Masters, or Diploma). � Strong knowledge of current and future development trends in sexual and reproductive health and rights, livelihoods and employment, and governance and accountability � A strong personal commitment to the values, aims and approaches of Restless Development. � Ability to work in a team � Strong computer literacy � in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. � Fluency in English and Swahili.

Job Description :� Working in close collaboration with your manager, lead the design, development, implementation, and review of the Southern Highlands Programme � With your team, ensure the Southern Highlands Programme is guided by a clear programme strategy which complements the national strategy � Review and strengthen our growing work in livelihoods and employment and civic participation ensuring the pathways to impact are clearly developed � Engage government, civil society and private sector partners in the Southern Highlands to ensure the programme is visible, well positioned, and continuously adds value to sector plans
