This job entails assisting the Risk Manager and upwards, to have a 360 degree view of all elements in Interconnect, Roaming and Value Adding Service (IRVAS), that poses revenue and cost assurance risk to the company. The risks range from overcharging due to errors of omission, commission, transposition etc. on both incoming and outgoing invoices, from our interconnect and roaming partners.
In addition, it will also involve avoiding penalties such as loss of revenue due to delays in responding to unprocessed files or records by Vodacom's data clearing houses, as well as assuring sanity in the accuracy and completeness of files sent for processing. It is anticipated that the role will grow as `RAFM' Road Map operationalization progress to the desired maturity level, in the next couple of years.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
Minimum Advanced Diploma in Information or Telecommunication
Management undergraduate degree such as B.Com, or BBA would be an advantage.
Telecommunication engineering degree from a reputable university
WORKING EXPERIENCE
A minimum of at least 3 years' experience in a solid IT environment, in particular Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS)
working knowledge of any Sequential Query Language (SQL)
telecommunications experience would be advantageous
