We seek to recruit a Training Coordinator to provide global administrative support for PATH's Learning, Talent and Organizational Development Team in the areas of instructor-led training, eLearning, and serves as Administrator of PATH's online training systems. This position will report to the African Learning Program Leader.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator: responsible for the day-to-day activities which include modules and session creation for all types of learning, assigns courses if needed, and troubleshoots technical issues and questions from learners and content owners. Provides input and feedback to improve the system and learner experience.
Maintains the training calendar for all workshops, videoconferences and online training events.
Maintains team internal SharePoint site posting new documents, links and resources as directed.
Runs reports and coordinates with HR Information System Administrator to develop complex reports.
Prepares training materials and offers logistical support for instructor-led workshops.
Researches, reviews and tests new course offerings for LMS.
Assists with team communications and helps with publicizing offerings.
Provides general administrative support to team.
Required Skills: Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite required, additional software preferred.
Experience managing an LMS, CMS, Training Database preferred, or similar system.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Flexible, detail oriented, adaptable to changing priorities to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work effectively within a global team across multiple time zones and cultures.
Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Experience**
Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience preferred plus a minimum of two years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working within a Training and Organization Development team preferred.
You must currently have legal authorization to work in Kenya.
