Expert Consultancy is looking out for energetic & well knowledgeable NYAMA CHOMA EXECUTIVE (BBQ EXECUTIVE) (to join our client resort in Arusha.

 

My client alone Old Moshi Road in Arusha is running a resort combines the warmth and charm of a neighborhood African eating house with the dynamism of an open kitchen and open garden for visitors interested to have fresh air. It's a place for the friends to meet, talk, eat and drink in a comfortable, nurturing atmosphere.

 

Expert Consultancy is with them to insure they get right staff to honor the creativity worth the new business they dedicated all their efforts & income.

 

Expert Consultancy holds an outstanding opportunity for 1-2 years experienced waiter/Waitress to join my client for this new resort in town.

 

My client talented team is led by Resort Manager/Assistant Manager (I will expose name during the interview). This team style of service will never cease to delight you whenever you join them as staff.

Job Title: Nyama Choma Consultant (1 post)
Location: Arusha
Employment type: Permanent
Salary: Tshs 180,000/= Net Salary

Probationary Period: Three months

Contract: One year Contract

After one year Contract: After successfully one year contract, you will seat with employer for decision to extend your contract & salary increment.

Report to: Head Chef

·         Transport to specific drop point once your shift ends in late hours.

Objective of the Role: To provide highly defined service in Bar, Restaurant and guest in garden.

 

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience with nyama choma preparation in big Bar or well knowing Nyama choma parks
• Ability to meet Nyoma choma client's desire by preparation various style (From Mtura, Mishikaki, Trupa, Rosti  & the like).
• A passion for excellent food and for serving others.
• Aware with best choice or selection of meet in the butcher or Meet Van.
• If you have been in busy Local Nyoma choma area will be an added advantage
• Knowledge with what best sweet in case client wish mixed to add more flavor depends with guest order.
• Ability to make  other Swahili cuisine like Mchemsho
• You must speak Swahili and English will be added advantage
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• This position needs someone with ability to work till late hours so if you are close to our client business location you will get our priority if  at all you have required qualification.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years and above experience in the same/Similar position in reputable resort/Bar in town. Please if you don't have experience required don't apply for this position as we need people with indicated qualifications only.
