Holder of B.A (Public Administration) or Master Degree in Human Resources Management/Public Administration with at least three years' experience in the field. Experience in Banking! Financial institution will be an added advantage.

Loan Officer (micro lending)
Job Summary:
Reporting to Credit Manager, the Loan Officer is responsible to take all decision's and necessary actions within the limits set by the Credit Procedures and by the Management.

Higher education (e.g. 'Bachelor Degree), preferably in economics and/or finance; Ability and willingness to work in a team; Computer literacy; Word, Excel, Fluency in English, good command of , Swahili; Honesty and Integrity, Experience in Banking/ Financial institution will be an added advantage

Successful participation in the "Recovery Training Course"; Ability and willingness to work in a team;
Computer literacy; Word, Excel, Fluent in English and Swahili Experience in Banking/ Financial institution will be an added advantage
