Position: Mixing Supervisor
Job Description
1. Ensuring measuring (weighing) of mixing components, ie rubber/chemicals/colour pigments as per standardized formulation
2. Ensuring mixing time, tilting of batch in kneadar, temperature and pressure as per standard operating procedures and work instructions.
3. Maintaining hourly production records in production register and ensuring number of batch production as per cycle time set by Production Manager
4. Ensuring sheet length after sheeting machine (Auto slicer) as per standards given by production Manager
5. Ensuring house keeping in the work area, ie Mixing
6. Ensuring discipline is strictly maintained at the Production shop floor, ie sleeping, usage of mobile phone, and related issues that are strictly prohibited during the office hours.
7. Ensuring cleanliness of machines before end of shift
8. Liaising with Engineering staff to get the abnormalities of the machines rectified
9. Ensuring to start up the machines in time soon after shift changeover and lunch breaks
10. Ensuring safety of machines and working area
11. Ensuring bare minimum wastage of material by controlling rejection.

Position Requirements
Advanced Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering
4-7 years of work experience in Mixing section
4-7 years of work experience in Mixing section
