POSITION: CABIN CREWS(10-POSTS)

REPORTS TO:  CHIEF CABIN CREW
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM

ROLE PURPOSE OF THE STATEMENT

You will be reporting to Chief Cabin Crew/Assistants Chief Cabin Crew - Precision Air Services PLC. Please take note of your responsibilities.

Consistently give quality customer service to passengers in a safe environment for their comfort and satisfaction

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES

• Ensure and maintain safety, security, comfort and welfare of the passengers, and fellow crew members in the cabin operations.

• Fully adhere to all policies and regulations and timely completion of all duties as assigned by the senior officer/crew.

• Ensure that customers receive the best possible service as per service procedure and standards.

• Make proper utilization and handover of in-flight catering items, materials and good care of in-flight equipment.

• As the company representative onboard, portray a positive image of Precision Air.

• To ensure that cabin operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the organization.

• Report all flight incidences to the Senior Cabin Crew.

• Accept and carry out changes to planned roster/ duty as required.

• Co-operate with the senior to make sure that there are no passenger complaints.

• Be conversant with all safety, service and scheduling procedures.

• Collect feedbacks regarding the service, timing and report with recommendations to the Purser/SCCM.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

• Language proficiency

• Minimum education-Not less than diploma

• Minimum 2years experience in customer service, preferably in a reputable organization ( Hospitality and travel industry to be given priority)

• Candidates with marketing, sales, advertising or PR work experience of 2years can be considered.

• A high standard of written and spoken English

• Minimum age of 25 years

• Computer proficiency

• Technical competence on Aircraft type specific & emergency procedures

• Foreign language is desirable

• IFE and Aircraft systems proficiency

• Dangerous goods training

• Survival training

• Modern Basic Life Support training relevant to in flight cases

• Knowledge of TCARS, IOSA & ICAO regulations with emphasis on personnel licensing and operations of aircraft
