Skills and Experience
Integrity is seeking skilled consultants from officer through to senior expert level to work with us on our expanding portfolio of projects in East Africa. While Tanzania is a particular area of focus, we are also looking for candidates with experience in South Sudan, Kenya, Uganda and Somalia.
A minimum of three years' experience is required in the following areas in the above-mentioned countries:
Thematics
  • Governance and accountability
  • Extractives
  • Climate change and environment
  • Private sector development
  • Service delivery
Skills
  • Design, monitoring and evaluation
  • Research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Knowledge management and communications
  • Learning
  • Languages: Full working proficiency in English. Speaking Kiswahili will be an advantage.
Experience working with international funding organisations such as (but not limited to) DFID, DANIDA and USAID would also be an advantage.
Tanzanian and East African nationals are encouraged to apply.
