The Deputy Chief of Party will be responsible for supporting the Chief of Party in the technical and administrative management of the project, serving as Acting COP as needed.
Qualifications: A master's degree in education or a relevant field with 10 years of experience in technical and management roles on education improvement programs. Progressively responsible management experience on donor-funded education programs in sub-Saharan Africa. Experience working in the fields of primary education, early grade reading, curriculum development or teacher professional development preferred.
