Key Responsibilities
-Contribute to the overall compliance responsibilities for MFS
-Conduct regular audits of agents to get comfort that all the KYC and AML/CFT responsibilities of agents are followed and adhered to.
- Identify where weaknesses are and and provide measures to rectify.
-Monitoring to ensure that all internal controls, including SOX controls are performed as per the KPIs
-Prepare all the required reports both externally (BoT/TCRA etc) and internally and ensure their submission on time

Position Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law or Economics.
- 2–3 years experience in compliance/risk functions in the banking sector
-Conversant in all compliance requirements for MFS is an added advantage
