Civic participation is one of Restless Development's strategic objectives to ensure young people and the youth sector are significantly contributing to development processes, resulting in government policy and practice that is both beneficial and accountable to young people.

Restless Development Tanzania is recruiting a consultant to develop a youth-friendly civic engagement guide, which will include engaging cartoon content, a comprehensive facilitator's guide and interactive materials for participants in electoral processes. The guide and materials will focus on participation and engagement of youth, local government officials and communities in decision-making processes, and will specifically endeavor to empower youth with civic engagement skills and enable them to actively engage in the election process.
