Mobisol Ltd has been established in 2013 to foster and expand our operations within the Tanzanian market and accompany our growth in East Africa.  As part of our expansion plan in Tanzania, Mobisol Ltd is looking for Logistics Teamleader for our Central Zone Hub. The Logistics Teamleader will base in our office in Dodoma Region.

The main role of Logistics Team Leader is primarily responsible for supporting  Logistics Department operations at the Zonal Hub level and Provides necessaries support to Zonal Hub manager and Head of Logistics at National levelThe responsibilities include but not limited to:  Logistics Teamleader is also responsible for;   Coordinate and monitor all incoming stocks from National Hubs ( Containers, Trucks, Airfreight, etc) Coordinate and communicate Logistics request from National Hub office Develop, evolve and maintain relationships with Other Departments Ensure there is proper level of stock in the Zonal Hubs level in collaboration with inventory Officer. In charges of Logistics Department issue at the Zonal Hub Level Ensures there are proper deliveries to the Market Hubs in Collaboration with  Distribution Officers Monitor and evaluate hub deliveries performances  from National Hub to Zonal or From Zonal Hubs to Zonal Hubs Initiate and monitor physical stock keeping in the Zone Office and Markets Hubs. Coordinate the harmonization of inventory between physical stock-keeping and the database Ensure there is a proper inventory control within Zonal Hub including establishing minimum reorder level, Maximum Consumption level, Minimum stock level, Buffer stocks etc. Ensure Value for Money (VfM) for Goods, works and services procured in Collaboration with Zonal Procurement Office.     Reporting:  Logistics Team Leader reports to the Country Head of Logistics and Zonah Hub Manager Authority: Logistics Team Leader has the disciplinary and technical authority over the Logistics Department staffs

Qualifications and skills required:  Bachelor degree in Business with Specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Material Management or related field preferably in Logistics Companies. 3+ years of experience, with minimum of 2years of experience in planning and/or supply chain management functions, Material Management functions, Material  Engineering etc Working experiences in retail logistics Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with quantitative analytics Highly-organized with clear dissemination and collection of information to / from a team Strong sense of urgency and deadline driven Capable of troubleshooting ad-hoc issues independently Dynamic self-starter, high energy and strong initiative Ability to research, reconcile and communicate business data. Effective team membership skills and high level of interpersonal skills Willingness to travel domestically between ZHs Fluency in CO-specific language and English
