Administrative Officer


Administrative Officer
Reporting to: Plant Manager

The job holder will be responsible for effective implementation of day to day financial. accounting,
administrative, logistics, store keeping, human resources and community liaison services to all the company operations in Mbeya.

Main Responsibilities
Effective implementation of all transport and distribution procedures such as Fueling procedures, Dispatch procedures, Bulk C02 deliveries documentations Procedures and ensuring that all documentations are properly filed and recorded.
Ensure good relations with the communities around the company by keeping abreast with all the CSR
activities that are scheduled for implementation and representing the company in all the events that
requires company participation.
Effective management of cash floats assigned to the branch and ensuring that proper accounting is done
according to accounting standards.

Ensuring proper management of inventories as per required stores operations procedures.
Any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Requirement of the position
Education, qualification and Experience
Accounting/Finance/Business Administration Degree from a recognizable institution.
Over 2 years working experience in a Manufacturing environment. Experience iri Carbon Dioxide production
environment will be an added advantage.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili and Advance computer skills.
Experience in Navision Accounting System will be an added advantage.
