Coordinator Inclusive Education Program (40 h)

 

Your new areas of responsibility:

You are coordinating and managing the programme activities for inclusive education and you give substantial know-how to the overall programme. Your focus is the development of an ambitious programme on inclusive education in Ethiopia, Burkina Faso and beyond - in close collaboration with coordinators on country level as well as internal and external experts.

You are building alliances and networks on national and international level. Together with fundraisers you are developing funding strategies. Interface management between the programme teams and the teams in communications and fundraising is a central aspect of your daily work.

 

Your profile:

You have several years of experience in the development, implementation and coordination of programmes especially in Inclusive Education. Above this you have been involved in the acquisition of project funding and you are an experienced project manager/coordinator with strategic thinking skills. You are a communicator with a convincing personality. Your social skills characterize you as much as your ability to act in complex surroundings. You have strong writing skills, excellent English language skills and you are an experienced MS Office user.
