We've been in Tanzania for the last twenty years, growing, changing and responding to the most urgent issues facing young Tanzanians. Directly reaching over 110,000 young people across 14 regions each year, it is our young volunteers and youth led networks that lead and deliver transformative change. Our work and methodologies have been cited best practice by the World Bank, UNICEF and, last year, we were the winner of the 2014 Resolve Award from the Global Leaders Council for Health.

The Big Idea is a ground-breaking new programme from Restless Development. The Big Idea works with young people to equip and empower them with the capacities and confidence to use, analyse and generate data on key issues that affect their lives, and to help them exercise accountability over their governments. In the pilot phase (2014-2015) Big Idea projects will be implemented in Nepal, Ghana and Tanzania. The pilot phase will also see the delivery of global activities, led by the global team based in Restless Development's London office.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and capable Project Manager to initiate and drive the project's implementation phase in Tanzania.
