Gross 1,350,000/= Tsh

Morogoro Land Alliance is an alliance of six local NGOs namely, Morogoro paralegal, WOPATA, MWAYODEO, TUPAWAKI, MVIWATA and UNGO. The six NGOs came together so as to address land issues facing Morogoro region especially land conflicts between farmers and pastoralists.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIECS
• Degree in Social Sciences.
• Minimum 2years experience in community based projects.
• Strong organization skills. 
• Ability to multi-task and effectively handle stressful situations.
• Must have excellent written and analytical skills including presentation
• Proficiency in computer applications 
• Must possess strong skills in facilitation management, Organizational Development, team leadership, planning, and problem solving and be able to understand the total impact of the projects in the alliance.

Project Assistant  Accountant
Duration
Fixed 1 Year, renewable based on performance
Salary
Gross 630,000/= Tsh.
Location
Morogoro

Qualifications: Diploma in Accounts, Degree is an added advantage
                        Experience of 2 years
DUTIES
·         Provide financial support to the project.
·         Track project expenditures, keep detailed accounting records and prepare financial reports.
·         Monitor budget versus actual expenditure.
·         Prepare work plan and budget with the project coordinator and make sure that all expenditures are according to work plan and budget
·         Any other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
