Lean Manager



Lean Manager
Duties to Include:
  • Develop, maintain and improve the CCBRT management system.
  • Teach the knowledge and coach skills/behaviors of facilitation and Lean methodology.
  • To be an effective coach with organizational leaders concerning improvement initiatives.
  • Adaptation of one's coaching, management and leadership style in order to work effectively in a developing world context.
  • Coach leaders for improvement in the CCBRT management system competencies and practices.
  • Consult with organizational leaders on the CCBRT management system implementation and activities.
  • Create a professional practice environment that focuses on the customer; ensures that the environment is safe for all and encourages learning and development of people.
  • Work collaboratively with others (i.e. medical staff, managers/staff from other departments and divisions) to promote communication and to achieve the goals of CCBRT.
  • Performing any other duties assigned.
Work Experience / Skills:
  • 3-5 years of applied managerial/leadership Lean experience required (E).
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills (E).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and advice management at all levels of the organization on improvement activities. (E).
  • Experience in facilitation, improvement events, strategic thinking other improvement activities.(E)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (E).
  • Formal Lean training and/or certification(E)
