IT Security Engineer Job at TIGO
To lead the implementation of the company's physical &logical security programs by putting in place security policies and procedures, based on SOX and MIC S.A policy, ensuring that those policies and procedures are followed , enforced and respected at all times in order to safeguard the company's interests.
Key Responsibilities

• To define and communicate the logical and physical security policy of the company based on SOX and MIC S.A policy
• To define platforms, documents, sites and assets where physical and logical security policies will be applied
• To define procedures to access platforms, documents, sites, assets according to company's policies
• To assign responsible people to platforms, documents, sites, and assets to execute the company's security policy
• To fully comply to SOX controls and procedures related to logical and physical security
• To authorize logical and physical access to platforms, documents, sites and assets according to the company's security policy
• To advice the company in different areas and issues related to security
• To systematically perform physical and logical security tests
• To manage specific projects related to physical and logical security aspect of the company
• To put in place policies and procedures to protect company's employees under risky incidents
Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
• Proven leader with excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the enterprise.
• Business orientation.
• High-level strategic thinking.
• Strong risk analysis and problem solving skills.
• Able to interpret and apply policies, standards and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high capacity to adapt to changing business and organizational conditions.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community and to work collaboratively with management teams throughout the organization and to be seen as a valuable expert resource to be sought out.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills required.
