Interns are involved in education or training programs designed to provide students with professional experience in the furtherance of their education and training and are academically oriented for their benefit. Internships assist students in reaching their educational goals by giving them the opportunity to augment classroom instruction with exposure to a real world employment setting.
Qualities Required:
• Must have Diploma/ degree and completed in 2014 and have Bachelor of Arts in Microfinance and Enterprise Development/ Sociology/ Community Development/ Accounting or Banking and Finance
• Good passes in their diploma/ degree (minimum upper second with excellent grades)
• Strong Ms Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoke English and Kiswahili
• Pleasant attitude and self motivated young individual who are ready to relate to OTL Organizational Behavior and principles.
Mode of Placement:
Internship program will only be for3 - 6 months only
