Job Summary
XP Solutions is seeking an intelligent and highly-motivated Inside Sales Associate with telephone sales/inside sales experience, ideally in software/technology. This is a terrific opportunity to join an established and respected software organization within the civil and environmental engineering field. Our ideal candidate has spent two years in business to business sales and is comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment in our Portland, OR office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
> Demonstrate the value of our software products
> Use provided leads and research for potential sales leads using existing industry sources for their designated territory. Also guide potential clients through the sales process
> Setup and maintain customer records within our CRM software
> Identify trends in customer needs and software uses, and provide feedback to management
> Meet established calling and activity quotas to maximize territory potential

Basic Qualifications:
> Two years' experience in business to business sales
> Effective negotiation and people skills
> Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate the business value of technical features
> Previous sales training would be advantageous
> Be willing and able to travel to industry tradeshows or key client meetings
