It's hard to believe that today 748 million people still don't have clean, safe water and 2.5 billion live without a toilet. The resulting diseases kill one child every minute.

WaterAid India is looking for a Director – Resource Mobilisation to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world's poorest communities.

Working within the India team, the Director – Resource Mobilisation will formulate and implement WaterAid's strategy for mobilising resources from institutional, corporate, and high net worth individuals. They shall also provide critical leadership support to enhance WaterAid's brand recognition and position as a dominant organisation in the WASH sector.

To be successful, you'll need to have strong competence in building and maintaining donor relationship and management systems, in line with requirements of different channels. You will also need to be familiar working with major bilateral and multilateral institutional donors, including awareness of their systems and requirements.
