Job description 
o provide an On Site technical repair and Customer service function on Air and DC Industrial tools, working as part of the Atlas Copco Service team continuously improving our customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 
1.To provide Bench Repairs on Industrial Power Tooling including DC, Pneumatic hand held and fixturised tools. 2.To provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns on line.3.To provide the customer with technical support, assistance and guidance as and when required.4.To maintain records of all activities.5.To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis.6.To provide written and electronic reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the Customer.7.To provide advice and feedback to the Customer on the use of their equipment.8.To work as part of a team with our Sales / Project representatives and the Customer to help address any support and technical issues.9.Work as part of a team providing on site liaison between Atlas Copco Tools and our customer.

Experience requirements 
Experience of Industrial Power Tools i.e. Pneumatic, Battery and DC.Experience of providing a Service to customersExperience of Programmable Logic Controller's and line control systems

Knowledge 
Has knowledge of Industrial Power Tools i.e. Pneumatic, Battery and DC.Has knowledge of either a Manufacturing or Customer Service Environment.

Educational requirements 
Essential - HNC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Desirable - Experience of a Manufacturing Environment.

Clean driving licence Computer Literate

Information Technology Skills 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows environmentKnowledge of networking protocols and infastructure
