JOB PURPOSE
Grid power System monitoring to ensure that continuous and reliable flows of electric power supply to interconnections.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collect all necessary initial technical data in the daily log sheets and defect register book.
- To maintain continuity and security of primary and secondary supplies at grid Substation.
- To maintain Substation operation management, and make follow up of system voltage so that it should vary within acceptable operation limits
- To maintain proper communication, and carryout proper switching of feeders equipment and lines while adhering to Occupations, Health and Safety (OHS) Policy.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Holder of certificate of secondary education ("O" Level)
- Trade Test holders in Electrical Installation
REMUNERATION
An attractive compensation package based on performance and commensurate with the responsibility will apply to successful candidates. All positions' terms of employment are performance based fixed contracts.
