OFFICE MANAGEMENT SECRETARY II POSITION
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Head of Human Resource
DEPARTMENT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(a) Receive calls and manage incoming mails.
(b) Record appointments and reminds the boss of the same.
(c) Keep records of important events.
(d) Keep mail and direct them to relevant authority.
(e) Make sure assignments are done in time.
(f)Type all documents using a computer key board/ application.
(g) Ensure copies of letters are entered in the relevant files
(h) Manage file movement records.
(i) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by superiors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
Holder of Diploma in Secretarial Course from recognized Institution with knowledge of Computer and experience not less than three years as Personal Secretary.
Must be Computer Literate

SALARY: PGSS 7
GPA: 3.5 or B+ and above
AGE LIMIT: Not above 45 years
