ICT SUPPORT ASSISTANT: 3 POSITIONS
Role Profile:
Reporting to the Manager – ICT Services and Maintenance, the role holder will offer IT support services to the business and also ensure maintenance of all IT equipments.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing second level ICT support to the Bank
• Providing preventive maintenance on all IT equipments in the organization.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer networks of the Bank
• Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
• Offering first level ATM support to the business
Candidate's Qualifications and Skills
• Mean Grade of at least C+ in KCSE
• University Degree in IT/Computing or relevant Industry experience
• Certification in MSCE,CCNA ,ITIL ,ITSM will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of organizational structure and the business to customer relationship
• Broad technical acumen
• An eye for detail and capacity to meet strict deadlines while working under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to work and travel to any of the Equity Bank Branches to offer IT support
