EXECUTIVE PROCUREMENT POSITION

Shelys Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a member of the Aspen Group of Companies, is a leading pharmaceuticals manufacturing
company in East Africa. We are seeking to recruit qualified & experience individuals for two positions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare purchase order as per MRP/MRO.
Respond to supplier or customer enquiries.
Review requisitions to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications.
Prepare purchasing files and items price histories
Prepare shipment advises and track status of shipments.
Prepare bid evaluation details.
Visit market place and prepare price comparison of supplier and market visits
Support and coach junior staff.

Qualification and Experience
Minimum qualification-Diploma in Procurement or Logistic and supply with an experience of at least 2yrs.

Remuneration .
Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the company salary scale
