Coca-Cola is looking at its assets – from brands, capital, business relationships, ability to scale – and opening them up to experienced founders and serial entrepreneurs to create startups that use them. Coca-Cola believes that by helping to remove two of the biggest obstacles to startups – funding and ability to scale – we can create a new wave of exponentially growing startups.
Co-Founders will partner together to setup a new local, legal entity that will be owned and operated by the Co-Founders. Coca-Cola and the Co-Founder entity will enter into an agreement for services to be rendered by the entity.
Qualifications
The Co-Founder Business Manager will partner with the Co-Founder Idea Manager to form a lean, highly collaborative team:
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative - Excels working in fast paced environment
- Detailed budget management - Proven ability to deliver projects
- Track record in building successful startups - Program management
- Creative problem-solving approach and - Generate, analyze, and manage financial data to
strong analytical skills support decision-making
- Expertise in developing new processes and - Ability to galvanize support for ideas through
tools to drive innovation development excellent influencing and communications
- Energized by complex, big problems - 5-7 years demonstrated work experience

- Quickly ideate, incubate, and advance ideas with highest potential for exponential growth
- Creating and managing relationships across the value chain, including business partners, stakeholders, and associates
