*Micro Loan Officers (Dar Es Salaam, Mwanza, Kahama and Tabora)*

Responsibilities:
Marketing and attracting potential business loan clientsConducting
on-site business and risk assessment of loan applicantsPreparing loan
proposals and presenting them in a credit committeeLoan monitoring and
recovery.Interested candidates must be ready to work extensively outside

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate or diploma holder, preferably in economics, finance, business
administration, social sciences or related fields.
Experience:
No prior work experience required. Prior banking/microfinance experience
or working experience in micro and small enterprises (as an employee or
an entrepreneur) may be an advantage
Computer literacy: Basic command of standard office applications.
Languages: Fluency in English and Kiswahili

*Agro Loan Officers
