Key Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILTIES

In accordance with IT standards, Software Development Governance and assigned KPIs principal responsibilities will include and not limited to;

Software Development

Business System Integrations
API, Web services and SDK Development
Web and Mobile Applications

Release Management

Defects, Issues, Risks Management
Development Requests Process
Build, Continues Integration and Deployment
Source Control and Versioning

Support

Maintenance and Support of existing custom solutions
Service Desk, 3rd Level Support for Existing Integrations
Break / bug fixes for existing systems
Software Integration Development Standards
User and Systems Documentation

Client Engagement

Customer Advocacy & Customer Service Excellence
Defining scope, requirements, design prior to implementation
Understanding needs, functional and no functional requirements
Managing Scope, Customer Expectations & Communication
Achieving product acceptance and signoff by users & stakeholders

Development Leadership

Development and Project Management
Leadership to Team Members & Mentoring
Project Delivery & KPI Reporting
Continual Improvement of Developer Governance

Other Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology
Minimum 10+ years experience developing Microsoft .net using C#
Minimum 8+ years experience developing ASP.NET 2.0 to 4.0
Minimum 3+ years' experience developing MVC 3.0 or 4.0
Minimum 8+ years' experience developing WCF
Minimum 8+ years' experience developing ASMX, N-Hibernate/Entity Framework/ADO.NET.
5+ years experiences with TFS,
5+ years experiences with VS2008, 2010 or 2012
5+ years experience with MSBuild.
5+ years' experience with MSSQL Development, T-SQL
3+ years' experience with SSIS
2+ years' experience with SSRS
Experience managing technical teams
4+ years experience with front end web development using HTMLorHTML5
2+ years experience with front end web development using CSS
4+ years experience with front end web development using JavaScript.
Demonstrated knowledge of development practices including agile methodology, defect management and release management
Experience with unit, integration, mock and other system testing practices and tools
1+ years' experience with libraries JQuery and Knockout.js.
Demonstrated experience utilising application vendor SDK
Solid Technical Writing & Presentation skills
Strong analysis and problem solving skills
