Job Summary
Cardno is seeking an exp'd Accounts/Finance professional to provide Accounts Receivable and Admin support to their Civil team
Key Responsibilities
Specifically your duties will include:
- Managing the business unit monthly invoice process
- Following up Debtors and managing the debt collection process
- Prepare monthly fees summary and work in hand (WIP) schedule
- Prepare monthly business development report and co-ordinate monthly business unit report
- Providing project management system support to project managers
- Assist with the preparation of submissions, reports and tenders
- Minute taking and coordination of meetings
- Ad hoc administrative and financial duties
Other Requirements
To be successful for this role you will possess:
- A demonstrated background of providing accounting/financial support in project driven environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office (including MS Word, MS Excel)
- Experience in managing the invoicing, debt collection and reconciliation process
- Well developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your team's time
- Confidence to take control and ensure the Business Unit accounts are being managed efficiently
