Job Summary

​Cardno is seeking an exp'd Accounts/Finance professional to provide Accounts Receivable and Admin support to their Civil team

Key Responsibilities

​Specifically your duties will include:
  •  Managing the business unit monthly invoice process
  •  Following up Debtors and managing the debt collection process
  •  Prepare monthly fees summary and work in hand (WIP) schedule
  •  Prepare monthly business development report  and co-ordinate monthly business unit report
  •  Providing project management system support to project managers
  •  Assist with the preparation of submissions, reports and tenders
  •  Minute taking and coordination of meetings
  •  Ad hoc administrative and financial duties

Other Requirements

​To be successful for this role you will possess:
  •  A demonstrated background of providing accounting/financial support in project driven environment
  •  Advanced skills in MS Office (including MS Word, MS Excel)
  •  Experience in managing the invoicing, debt collection and reconciliation process
  •  Well developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your team's time 
  •  Confidence to take control and ensure the Business Unit accounts are being managed efficiently
