The company publishes Tanzania's leading newspapers - Daily News, Sunday News, Habarileo and Habarileo Jumapili. Online editions of these newspapers can be accessed on the website www.dailynews-tsn,com and www.habarileo.co,tz. It owns modern printing and pre-press facilities and has an elaborate product distribution network.

i)Direct Entry Qualifications
Holder of an MBA in Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized institution. She/he must have at least 11 years' relevant work experience, five (5) of which must have been in a senior managerial position, She/he must have computer skills and good interpersonal skills,

Regularly plans and directs research and market trend analysis in order to promote company products.
Ensures close liaison with key customers and develops customer portfolio, '
Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports for top management and Board of Directors and provides input for budget¬ preparation
Develops individual targets and performance standards as part of the individual performance agreement in consultation with the Managing Editor

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strategic thinking: Experienced in developing marketing strategies.
Decisive: Capable of delivering quick solutions to marketing snags.
Strong sales support, leadership and training skills.
