Successful candidates will be responsible for mainitaining operational efficiency of the projects' entire security team, and provide overall day to day managerial direction for local security services of the client
Role Responsibility:
- Effective management of the contract financial performance
- Oversee the formulation of plans, operational procedures and duties according to the clients needs
- Assures the fulfilment of all contract obligations
- Solves problems at site level
- Assures proper contract by a system of checks and balances through the implementation of policies and procedures, programs, schedules, audits, inspections and fulfilling report requirements
- Manages basic Guardforce training program
- Supervises the preparation and distribution of work schedules
- Be the custodian of Health and Safety implementation plans
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate:
Education: High School Certificate, acceditation by recognised Security Institutions
Experience: 5 or more years experience in a highly sensitive security projects
Language: Ability to speak French and or Portuguese would be an added advantage
Competences: Assertiveness, Leadership skills, negotiating skills, Interpersonal skills
