illustrio aims to create an innovative visualisation database. If you're an operations perfectionist excited by the idea of building a vibrant creative community, illustrio needs you!
What the job is all about
As Operations Manager, you will have your hands on a project that focuses on changing the way people present information. We firmly believe that clip arts belong to another century and that design resources should be widely accessible.
You'll be responsible for process efficiency across the whole illustration production process. You will lead and negotiate budget terms with designers. You'll get to follow operation KPIs and performances. You'll fully take charge of the moderation and indexation of the images. On the mid-term horizon you'll have to manage a team of internal designers, marketers, and moderators.
You'll be in charge of activating and engaging the design community. You'll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and working with designers. You'll need to help designers customise their illustrations and collect feedback for future features and improvements. Your role will be to bring the design community to life through newsletters, a forum, and marketing automation platforms.
You will work in a dynamic startup environment – this means that the scope of your commitment and actions will extend beyond the "official" job description (it's all about getting things done and being proactive). You will be part of a strong team who like to share ideas and have fun together. We value:
- Hard work: we share a vision and we'll do what it take to achieve it
- Transparency: do what you say and say what you do
