The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an important role, as it enables a high performance organization, by working closely with the business. The main focus is to support the business strategy and align people priorities with it. Sandvik Coromant is now looking for an HR Business Partner.
Key performance areas
As an HRBP you are responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR perspective. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing to setting the roadmap for the future and creating synergies with other Sandvik entities. Furthermore, you are responsible for Performance Management, Talent and Succession Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and HR Controlling. You also support managers when implementing change initiatives by offering both expertise and tools. In all your work, you ensure compliance with global policies. You take full ownership of the HR delivery model and have a continuous dialogue and close cooperation with HR Services, in order to ensure that the business receives high quality service.
You will be a member of the Sandvik Coromant HR Management team, and you will report to the Vice President HR for Sandvik Coromant. As an HR Business Partner you will primarily work in close cooperation with the Marketing & Communication, Supply Chain & IT, and Finance & Pricing organizations. You will work in a very global environment and the position involves extensive traveling.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in HR or a similar field, with extensive experience from relevant areas. A background within management is advantageous, as is senior HR expertise. Experience from Change Management and from strategic HR is required, preferably from a global organization. You have excellent communication skills in English, while skills in Swedish and other languages are advantageous.
