Global Sourcing Project Manager

The position would directly report to Global Sourcing Director, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

• Responsible for improving the Global Sourcing performance by enhancing the Regional Sourcing Office (RSO) organization effectiveness and capability
• Manage locally, and coordinate globally, sourcing transformation activities within RSO to secure overall purchasing performance and transformation
• Implement new governance model to secure transparency and tracking of savings initiatives
• Support global strategic Category Management sourcing activities within RSO, drive overall purchasing performance and support transformation change efforts across BA MIN and CNS within multiple categories
• Responsible for achieving performance by leveraging total cost of ownership levers, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization, and cooperating globally across functions
• Drive the BCC transformation (footprint) within Global Sourcing

Your profile:

• Very strong project management skills
• Very strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Very strong drive and self-motivator
• Very strong sourcing or supply-chain capabilities
• Very strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong ability to lead and work with cross-team integration (over geographies, cultures etc.)
• Very strong ability to lead and managing organizational change
• Management Consult experience preferred

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
