Our vision is that young people are taking up leadership roles which contribute to the urgent development needs of Tanzania as set out by National Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty (NSGRP II) in support of the government, civil society and the private sector.

Purpose
Restless Development Tanzania is recruiting a consultant to review and improve the current employability toolkit, and integrate with other Restless Development packages to:

1. Formulate a tiered package appropriate to final year secondary students (basic); under-graduates and university leavers (advanced)
2. To develop the guides in a youth-friendly format (e.g. pictures/cartoons/games/activities) so that it is accessible to young people at these level – the guides should be aimed at being delivered by young professional facilitators between 18-28
3. To produce the guides in both English and Swahili versions

Required profileAs a short term expert charged with the development of the training toolkit and training you will have the following required profile;

• Highly knowledgeable of livelihood and employment trends in Tanzania
• Experienced trainer with extensive skills in developing of training toolkits
• Experience working with young people, especially students
• Minimum 3 years work experience in related field
• Highly developed analytical and writing skills
• Fluency in English and Swahili
• The consultant is expected to have their own equipment
