Vacant Position (Immediate Hiring)
EFMD has an immediate opening for an experienced and capable Assistant to the CEO and the two Deputy Directors General. This position will have a wide range of responsibilities and offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide spectrum of activities.
Qualifications desired:
Minimum: Executive Secretary programme of 2 years

Job description:
• Arrange and coordinate travel, visas, accomodation and itinerary for the CEO and the Deputy Directors General
• Organise accounts and budgets: process expenses and reimbursement claims from travel and other duties
• Maintain calendars and efficient scheduling of meetings, travels and other appointments
• Taking minutes, produce documents, letters and reports
• Organise in-house meetings, develop the agenda, assist during presentation and ensure the CEO and the Deputy Directors General are well prepared for meetings and presentations
• Organise travel arrangements and other logistics for visitors
• Maintain office systems for the CEO and the Deputy Directors General, including screening phone calls, enquiries, e-mail and post
• Liasing with members, suppliers and satff

• Knowledge in the use of IT systems and especially Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Fluent in written and spoken English (working knowledge of French is highly desirable, other languages are an asset)
• Excellent people skills: team spirit and open-minded
• Well organised and able to think through matters in an orderly way
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Terms and conditions:
