MALE TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Requirements

  1. MUST have basic IT knowledge 
  2. Certificate or Diploma in relevant field
  3. One year work experience in similar position of Customer Care or Technical Support
  4. MUST be proficient in Computer usage and MS Office products, Internet Protocols and Browsers
  5. Fluent in English and Swahili and good writing skills in both.
  6. Excellent communication and interaction skills.
  7. Knowledge of Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking is a major advantage
  8. MUST be able to ride a motorbike
  9. MUST be able to work long hours when required.
