Tanzania Telecommunications Company Limited has been an operator in the Telecommunication Industry for over twenty (20) years providing both fixed and wireless Voice and Data services to various segments of customers in Tanzania.

The Company invites suitable candidates wishing to be part of the evolution of TTCL and its vision to be a leading world class communications service provider in Tanzania to apply for the position mentioned herein. Position Title:             Solutions Integrator – Marketing

Reporting to:              Head Product Development

Objective:

To develop Marketing Plans/programs for the existing and new product/services offered and evaluate the competitive situation, market position and provide product/service alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To be responsible for external market analysis, segmentation or differentiation, demand forecast and identifying strategies to increase or retain existing market share.
  2. To manage business intelligence data base about market, product cost, competitors activities etc for interpretation in order to identify opportunities for product/service enhancement or development.
  3. To develop and maintain communications processes and ensure customer needs inputs are captured in the market analysis.
  4. To support Marketing and Sales Managers to propose, design and implement tariffs and tariff strategies that are competitive, appropriate for the market.
  5. To monitor aspects of product life cycle and its performance in the market and provide feedback/communicating to relevant parties.
  6. To support selection for purchase products, services or packages available for the appropriate target market segments.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • To ensure a SMART plan that maintains customers and also increases TTCL market share.

Profile/Key Competencies:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Commerce majoring in Marketing, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized Institution.
  • Three (3) years working experience in marketing from a large business organization.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.
  • General knowledge of personal computers and basic software applications.

Remuneration:
